Meeting your driver at Exit 3
After immigration and the baggage belt, walk out through customs to Exit 3. The driver stands in the arrivals area holding a board with your name, helps with the bags and walks you to the car in the nearby taxi area. You need no local SIM card and no mobile data to find each other.
The order form has a field for your flight number. The driver watches the flight from that number, so an early arrival or a long wait at passport control changes nothing. Waiting time is included in the price.
Night flights and late arrivals
Flights into Suvarnabhumi land at every hour, and the service runs 24/7. A midnight pick-up costs the same as a midday one: no night rate, no early-morning fee. The only surcharge is 400 THB per car from 24 December to 5 January.
A late arrival is the strongest reason to book the taxi. Buses from the airport do not run through the night and stop at the Hua Hin bus station, not at hotels, and a driver already holding your name saves a long search for transport at 2 in the morning.
The road from the airport to Hua Hin
The car leaves the airport area on Highway 7 and joins Highway 35, Rama II Road, at the Bang Phli junction. From there the road runs southwest past the salt flats of Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram, through Phetchaburi and on to the Gulf coast at Cha-am before Hua Hin.
Weekday mornings can be slow near Bang Phli, and Friday afternoons are heavy through Samut Sakhon. After 9 in the evening the road is at its fastest. Treat 4 h as the planning figure and let the driver adjust for the traffic on the day.

For 6 people, take the Hyundai H1 at 3,599 THB, and for larger groups the VIP Toyota Commuter for 8 at 3,599 THB or the Toyota Commuter for 9 at 2,999 THB. Compare that with two sedans: one bigger car usually costs less and keeps everyone together.
What the price includes
The price is one fixed amount per car, with fuel, tolls and parking inside. Child seats are available on request. Cancelling is free. You pay the driver in cash at the hotel, and Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, transfer by QR code or bank transfer to a Thai account are possible if you prefer them.
